1. Data controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Fugu Dijital — legal name, registry no., address as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Data we process

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone, company (quote form, email, WhatsApp).
• Request details: information you share about your project, budget range.
• Security: IP address and browser information (server logs).
• Cookie data: anonymous analytics only if you give consent.

3. Purposes

To respond to quote requests, contact you, carry out pre-contract processes, fulfil legal obligations and — only with your consent — measure site usage anonymously.

4. Legal basis and collection

Data is collected electronically via website forms, email and WhatsApp, based on KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) contract, (ç) legal obligation, (f) legitimate interest, and Art. 5/1 explicit consent for analytics cookies.

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared with service providers such as email delivery and hosting, only as needed and in line with KVKK Art. 8–9. List the services used (e.g. Vercel, Resend).

6. Cookies

7. Your rights
